In this current market there has never been a better time to be a Buyer, especially a buyer of 'Distressed Properties'. There are two main types of 'Distressed Property':

(1) Foreclosed / Bank Owned / REO

(2) Pre-Foreclosure / Short Sale

The map below is pre-programmed to search for Foreclosed (Bank Owned) properties. However, simply select Pre-Foreclosure / Short Sale in the left hand margin to include both types of distressed properties.

Just drag the map over the area you wish to search and zoom in until the individual properties appear.

The system will eventually ask you to register, this is a great feature that allows you to identify and save favorites, add notes and return as often as you wish and pick up exactly where you left off.
