All our vacation homes are located extremely close to Disney World and area attractions. Our property management office is centrally located and easy to find in the Target Plaza on Hwy 192 by the Hwy 429 ramp.

A home can be a full time residence or have a long term tenant ANYWHERE in Central Florida, but ONLY homes within the defined RENTAL ZONE can do nightly rentals. Not every subdivision within the RENTAL ZONE elected to be able to do nightly rentals.
