Kevin Wardle remains an active Realtor, working daily with buyers and sellers from all over the USA, Canada, UK and Europe. Kevin arrived in the USA in 1983 (originally from the UK), eventually becoming a citizen in 1994. After obtaining his real estate license in 1987 he worked for several of the nation’s largest residential home builders in Orlando and the Disney Area. In the mid 90’s he became a Realtor specializing primarily to offshore investors and luxury home sales, eventually branching out on his own and forming Classic in 2002.

Kevin purchased Families First Vacation Homes in early 2004, which was a leading supplier of vacation rentals in Florida and then opened up a property management company later that same year. Over the subsequent years he added another booking company, another residential property management company, a construction company, a landscape company, a development company and another real estate company that specialized in luxury residential sales and listings in South West Orlando.

In 2009 the all the various companies were consolidated and absorbed into two entities:

· Classic Florida Realty - encompasses residential sales & listings, residential property management and long term leasing and commercial and business sales & listings. It also has a separate division that handles the sale and listing of vacation & second homes and vacation villa property management.

· Classic Worldwide - provides vacation rental income to our own vacation home properties and to several other management companies all over Florida. It also provides direct rental income to owners who simply wish to receive additional rentals over and beyond what they and/or their management company can generate themselves.
